Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping methods to ensure your heated gloves arrive when you need them:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on location)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, holidays).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery through our carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and fees vary by country. Additional customs or import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
